- To help religious educational institutions operating in the field of Islamic studies in the Republic to be fully supplied with books, literature, textbooks and teaching-methodical literature promoting the teachings of the Hanafi school;
- Identifying and collecting the works of Kazakh religious scholars within the framework of the Hanafi school;
Studying the creativity of Kazakh religious scholars who made their own contribution to the development of Islamic civilization, widely promoting their heritage;
- In addition to collecting manuscripts related to the Hanafi madhhab, translating and publishing historical and classical works, putting into scientific use the works of modern jurisprudents published in accordance with modern requirements;
- Selection, translation, compilation of dictionaries of scientific and educational books for the general public, textbooks and teaching aids for religious educational institutions promoting Islamic values in foreign languages;
- To turn the university into a single scientific and innovative complex by increasing the activity of the teaching staff in scientific work, participating in scientific, scientific and technical, innovative programs and grant contests;
- Development of the scientific potential of students and young specialists, as well as attracting the most capable and talented among them to the scientific and innovative work of the university.
